Refund/Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given for any program up to a week before the start of the program. The only exception to this is club team fees which are non refundable once a position has been accepted. A 50% refund will be given for programs that start between 48 hours and 7 days. No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of a program, but we will endeavour to switch you to another program/week if available.

For outdoor programs, no refunds will be given for any weather or environment (ex. flooding) related cancellations. Our beach camps and clinics run rain or shine, but will suspend due to lightning or if the courts are unavailable due to flooding.
